Located in scenic Ithaca, NY, The Chili Cabin serves as a non-traditional catering company, focused on bringing a boutique catering experience to your home or event. Our mission is to delight your tastebuds while we teach you a bit about the history of our ingredients. Level of interaction is tailored to your liking, ranging from zero additional interaction (a more traditional catering experience) to an interactive dinner experience, including a pre-dinner chili pepper and/or hot sauce tasting session where you learn about the history and importance of various species of chili peppers.

HISTORY
The Chili Cabin was founded in 2018, initially functioning as a food vendor for hired events. Catering was the obvious next step in familiarizing Ithacans with our delicious eats. With the ultimate goal adding a food truck to the business in the near future, The Chili Cabin will continue to nourish and entertain our catering customers for seasons and seasons to come!
