Dinner For Two

Romantic Chili Night For Two (optional “Just The Sauce” add on at no extra charge) - $125

Choose one or two types of our mouth-watering chili to be served to you in a traditional, plated manner. Additionally, select up to 10 toppings and mix-ins from our chili toppings menu; your very own toppings bar at your dinner table! A generous amount of our delectable homestyle cornbread will be served on the side (six pieces). One of our dedicated servers will set everything up, then leave and return to pick up our equipment at a time that works for you (if desired, a server can be present throughout the duration of the event for an additional $25). Dessert included (but item varies). Also included in this package at no extra charge is the optional pre-dinner Just The Sauce! Tasting experience.

Non-Traditional Boutique Plated - $150:

We will come to your home and prepare you the meal of your mouth’s dreams from our catering menu. This includes a shared starter (can be substituted for stew or soup) and our Cabin salad, choice of entree (for each person, and choice of dessert (enough to share!). If you desire to join us in the kitchen while we work, we will also teach you a bit about the history and use of our ingredients. Level of interaction depends entirely on your wants. At The Chili Cabin, surpassing your dinner expectations is our number one mission!

Dinner Party (3-10 people)

Chili Night Package - $25/person**:

Choose one or two types of our mouth-watering chili to be featured at your in-home chili and toppings bar that we will set up. Select up to 10 toppings and mix-ins from our menu for no additional charge! A generous amount of our delectable homestyle cornbread will be served on the side (approximately 2-3 pieces per guest). This can be ordered as a drop off catering event, in which we will set up an entirely disposable display and then leave you to the privacy of your event. Alternatively, one of our dedicated servers will set up and operate a more formal display in order to meet your guests’ chili needs (an additional fee of $50/event/server). Optional add-ons include Just the Sauce! and the Agua Fresca Bar (see below for description and price).

SouthWest Buffet - $30/person**:

Choose from our catering menu: Three starters, two entrees (from burritos, classic NM Fav. sections), three sides and a dessert (dessert menu coming soon; current dessert is our Cabin flan). To be served buffet style as a drop off setup, or a more formal buffet set up and operated by one of our dedicated servers (an additional fee of $50/event/server). Optional add-ons include Just the Sauce! and the Agua Fresca Bar (see below for description and price).

Larger Events (Up to 30 people)

Chili Night Package - $25/person**:

Choose two types of our mouth-watering chili to be featured at your in-home chili and toppings bar that we will set up. Select up to 10 toppings and mix-ins from our chili toppings menu for no additional charge! A generous amount of our delectable homestyle cornbread will be served on the side (approximately 2-3 pieces per guest). One of our dedicated servers will tend the bar for the duration of the event in order to meet your guests’ chili needs (extra servers can be requested for an additional charge of $50/event/server).

SouthWest Buffet**:

Choose from our catering menu: Three appetizers, Two entrees, three sides and a dessert (currently our Cabin flan; dessert coming soon!) This can be ordered as a drop off catering event, in which we will set up an entirely disposable display and then leave you to the privacy of your event. Alternatively, one of our dedicated servers will set up and operate a more formal display in order to meet your guests’ chili needs (an additional fee of $50/event/server). Optional add-ons include Just the Sauce! and the Agua Fresca Bar (see below for description and price).

Add-ons/Extras

Just The Sauce! A Tasting Experience - Add $25 to total

Available as an add-on to any catering option, our Just The Sauce! Tasting Experience is not for the faint of heart. It is a hot sauce exploration activity intended to awaken your appreciation for capsaicin.

Agua Fresca Bar (non-alcoholic) - Add $5/person ($9/person for the double thirst option):

You may be saying, what is an agua fresca? It is a delicious and refreshing fruit beverage made entirely of fresh fruit, water, lime juice and a bit of honey. Agua frescas are great on a hot summer day or as a mixer in your favorite cocktail. Many see agua frescas as a healthy alternative to juice, seeing as they contain half the sugar and half the calories. Since they are unfiltered unlike many juices, they also contain the natural fibers that hold so much of the fruit’s nutritional value. Choose up to 3 flavors of agua fresca from our catering menu. We will set up a self-service agua fresca bar to help quench your dinnertime thirst (approximately two servings per person). Feeling extra thirsty? Choose our double thirst option and get twice as much agua fresca!

Agua Fresca Delivery!!! - $12/half gallon, $20/gallon (Add $2 for AFs containing passion fruit)****

We now deliver our delicious agua frescas to the entire 14850 zip code!!! Choose any combination of the following: Strawberry, Blueberry, Mango, Passion Fruit, Guava, Orange, Lime, Pineapple. Please allow at least 24 hours for delivery, as we make all of our agua frescas when they are ordered. To order, call (607) 592-7461 now!!!

**A flat-rate fee of $50 will be added to the final total to cover time and labor required for set up and take down and travel to and from event.

Payment

A fifty percent deposit is required on all catering bookings, and is due within twenty four hours of booking to hold requested date and time. The remainder of the bill is due upon completion of agreed upon services.

Refunds

Refunds will be given if for any reason I need to cancel an event and a catering deposit has already been made. Additionally, refunds will be given out on a case by case basis. At The Chili Cabin, your satisfaction is our number one priority!
